Download the Edge Crypto Wallet on your mobile

The Edge Crypto Wallet is available to download directly from their official website. To be safe, make sure you visit the official Edge Crypto Wallet website here and click on the App Store or Google Play buttons to ensure you are downloading a legitimate copy of the Wallet and not a bootleg look-a-like.

The wallet does not require any customer information on signup. All data is encrypted and then stored on your device, if you download the Edge Crypto Wallet on different devices, they will be different wallets.

Create account

Now you can move on to creating your account.

1. Choose your user name and password, please note that this is the only way to access your wallet, if you forget it no one can reset it for you.

2. Confirm Password- it must have 10 characters, lower case, uppercase, numbers and special characters.

3. Next you need to set a 4 digit pin to be able to access it on your phone, additionally you can use biometrics. 

4. Then read through the terms and conditions of Edge Wallet and if you are happy with them then accept them and move on to the next step.

5. You can now view your account information, so make sure you check it and have it recorded somewhere safe. Afterwards, proceed to click on Create.

Backing up your wallet

Backing up your wallet is an essential step in the setup process. The Edge Wallet will prompt you to go through this step upon opening your freshly downloaded copy of the wallet. 

Keep in mind if you were to lose access to your device you will need your username, password and PIN to recover your wallet and the assets inside. Therefore, it is imperative your credentials are written down and stored safely.
