Easter Egg Hunt 2025 Terms and Conditions 

Please find the terms and conditions for our Easter Egg Hunt (The Competition) below:

EC Systems Pty Ltd trading as Easy Crypto (“Promoter”)

Eligibility

1. Entry is only open to New Zealand, Australian and South African residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
2. Employees, directors, members, partners (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, suppliers or consultants of the Promoter, or any of their associated agencies or companies, are ineligible to enter the competition.

Competition Period

3. The competition runs for 10 working days (based on NZ public holiday schedule) commencing at 4pm NZT on Wednesday 9 April 2025, with the first ‘Easter Egg’ hidden on the Easy Crypto Learning Hub website (https://hub.easycrypto.com/), and ends at 4pm NZT on Monday 28 April 2025 (Competition Period). 

How to Enter

4. To enter the daily prize draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
   1. Find the daily Easter Egg (image) that is hidden on one of the Easy Crypto Learning Hub website pages (articles) and copy that page link (URL)
   2. Submit the correct answer by completing the entry form on the competition webpage: https://hub.easycrypto.com/easter-egg-hunt-submission-page 
   3. Submissions by any other means will not be accepted as valid entries.
   4. Entry into each daily Easter Egg Hunt prize draw closes at 4pm on the following day.  
5. Entry into the competition will occur automatically upon completing the above. 
6. Eligible Entrants may only enter each daily competition once, but can enter the competition every day it is running.

Prize and Winner

1. The correct answer to each daily Easter Egg Hunt will be announced at 5pm NZT the following day (on Easy Crypto social media channels), when the next Easter Egg is released and announced.
2. A daily winner will be selected by random draw by Easy Crypto from all the correct and valid entries within 5 calendar days of the draw date.
   1. Our selection and decision is final and no further correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
3. Each daily prize winner will win $100 NZD worth of Bitcoin credited to a Bitcoin wallet address of their choice (DailyPrize).
   1. The $100 NZD worth of Bitcoin will be valued at the Bitcoin price on the day the prize distribution is made.
   2. No other substitutes for the prize will be offered at any stage – the prize is not redeemable for cash.
4. The winner/s must be verified through Easy Crypto before they can use the Prize. Any costs associated with becoming verified are the winner’s sole responsibility. 
5. Easy Crypto will correspond directly with each winner via email to arrange the fulfillment of their prize and will endeavor to make all distributions by Friday 2 May 2025.
6. Easy Crypto reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, whether in whole or in part, with or without notice.
7. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and provide any goods/services requested and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers or a regulatory authority and for any purpose to which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
