Janine first got involved in cryptocurrency in 2015. As with many others Bitcoin was the “gateway drug” that hooked her in, as she could see the massive potential for a global, digital payment system.

After founding Easy Crypto in 2017 with her brother Alan, Janine has been a common name in the crypto scene in New Zealand, and also sits on the committee for Blockchain New Zealand.

Outside of crypto Janine is a keen traveller and has sailed the Caribbean, watched a volcano erupt in Guatemala and eaten her way across Italy.
