The Great Bitcoin Halving Quiz Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. Entry is only open to New Zealand, Australian and South African residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
2. Employees, directors, members, partners (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, suppliers or consultants of the Promoter, or any of their associated agencies or companies, are ineligible to enter the competition.

Competition Period

1. The competition runs for 10 days commencing at 5pm NZT on Thursday 11 April 2024, with the first question posted to Easy Crypto’s social media pages and the competition webpage (hub.easycrypto.com/bitcoin-halving-10-day-quiz), and ends at 4pm NZT on Saturday 20 April 2024 (Competition Period). 

How to Enter

1. To enter the daily prize draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
   1. Submit a correct answer by completing the entry form on the competition webpage: hub.easycrypto.com/bitcoin-halving-10-day-quiz 
   2. Submissions by any other means will not be considered as valid entries into the competition.
   3. Entry to each daily quiz question closes at 4pm on the following day.  
2. Entry into the competition will occur automatically upon completing the above. 
3. Eligible Entrants may only enter each daily competition once, but can enter the competition every day it is running.
4. Entry into the grand prize draw is automatic for all Eligible Entrants who correctly answer all of the 10 daily prize questions.

Prize and Winner

1. The correct answer to each daily quiz question will be announced at 5pm NZT the following day when the next daily quiz question is announced.
2. A daily winner will be selected by Easy Crypto from all the correct and valid entries within 5 calendar days of the draw date. 
3. Our selection and decision is final and no further correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
4. Each daily prize winner will win $100 NZD worth of Bitcoin credited to a Bitcoin wallet address of their choice (Daily Prize).
5. The final prize draw winner will win $1,000 NZD worth of Bitcoin credited to a Bitcoin wallet address of their choice (Final Prize). 
6. The winner/s must be verified through Easy Crypto before they can use the Prize. Any costs associated with becoming verified are the winner’s sole responsibility. 
7. Easy Crypto will correspond directly with each winner via email to arrange the delivery of their prize and will endeavor to make distributions by 30 April 2024.
8. The $100 NZD worth of Bitcoin will be valued at the Bitcoin price on the day the prize distribution is made.
9. Easy Crypto reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, whether in whole or in part, with or without notice.
10. No other substitutes for the prize will be offered at any stage – the prize is not redeemable for cash.
11. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and provide any goods/services requested and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers or a regulatory authority and for any purpose to which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
