How to Transfer Funds from Easy Crypto Wallet to Swyftx and Start Trading

This guide outlines how you can move your funds from the Easy Crypto Wallet to Swyftx and start trading.

Sign-up with Swyftx

Before you can initiate the transfer, you will need an active and verified Swyftx account.

1. Sign-up: if you don’t already have one, sign-up and create a Swtftx account.
2. Complete Verification: Follow the onboarding process and complete all the necessary Identity Verification (KYC). Note: Some Easy Crypto account holders will already have some or all documents on their records – others will need to verify completely. Be sure to double check your credentials to ensure a smooth KYC process.

Getting Set Up on Swyftx

After completing the steps above and have verified your Swyftx account, you are ready to trade with Swyftx!

Transfer funds from Easy Crypto Wallet

With your Swyftx address secured, follow the steps below to send funds from your Easy Crypto Wallet.

1. Open the Easy Crypto Wallet and log in.
2. On the homescreen, select the account you want to transfer the funds from.
3. Select the crypto asset you’d like to transfer. (Note: Ensure this is the same coin and network you selected for your Swyftx deposit address).
4. Select ‘Send’ or ‘Withdraw’.
5. Copy and paste the Swyftx deposit address into the address field. (Important: Double-check the first and last few characters of the pasted address).
6. Enter the amount you wish to transfer. 
7. Review and confirm the transaction details (including the amount, fee, and address).
8. Confirm the transaction and complete the transfer. 
9. Repeat these steps for every crypto asset you wish to transfer. 

Important: Please ensure you’re selecting the correct coin and network for the Swyftx deposit address, as selecting the wrong network might result in loss of funds. Selecting the wrong network (i.e. sending a crypto asset on the BEP-20 to an ERC-20 address) will almost certainly result in a permanent loss of funds. Always confirm the coin and the network match exactly between Easy Crypto and Swyftx.

Confirmation and Trading

After confirming the transfer, you’ll need to wait for the transaction to be confirmed and validated on the blockchain, then credited to your Swyftx account. 

Depending on the coin you send, it might take up to 4 hours to show in your Swyftx account.
