We are excited to announce that our Crypto Swaps feature is now available for Easy Crypto New Zealand!

After working tirelessly behind the scenes, we are stoked that the much-anticipated Crypto Swaps functionality is now live to make your crypto trading even more seamless and efficient.

Now you can easily swap your Ether (ETH) for Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano (ADA) for Solana (SOL) or whatever you please from our current listings. 

Need to sort out your portfolio as we head towards the halving next year? Now’s the time to organise as 2024 looms. Need to switch up coins quickly to ride a coin’s anticipated surge? Swaps makes it easy. 

No need to transfer to fiat or set up multiple transactions just to set up your purchases – just one quick and easy transaction and you are done!

How to Get Started

• Log In or Sign Up: If you’re an existing Easy Crypto user, welcome back! Simply log in to your account. If you’re new to Easy Crypto, signing up is a breeze.
• Navigate to Swaps: Once logged in, head over to the “Swaps” section on our navigation bar. 
• Select Your Crypto Swap Pairing: Choose the cryptocurrencies you want to swap and enter the amount and necessary details.
• Confirm and Execute: Review your swap details, confirm the transaction, and voila! Your crypto swap is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Swaps work?

Swaps are a fast and easy process. All you need to do is choose the crypto pair you would like to swap, enter the amount, check you like what you see, enter the receiving address, click “Swap” and then send us the crypto!

Are there any fees?

Yes! The fee is calculated for two separate orders: a sell and a buy. There is a small fee associated with our Swaps feature which is included in the rate shown and it is not separately deductible for tax purposes.

Are there any limits?

Yes. The Swaps feature has the same limits as we usually have for buys and sells, which is usually a minimum of around $50 and a maximum of $500,000. 

This may differ depending on coin / token choice and network fees. Additionally, the limit changes depending on your account verification tier.

How long does it take?

Once we have received the crypto for the swap, and it is the correct amount, the swap should be completed immediately. Values are locked in at the time we receive the crypto, until that moment, everything is subject to change as we can’t confirm unless we have the crypto.
