Edge Crypto Wallet Guide
Edge Crypto Wallet Guide

Investing in crypto is easier than you think. To get started with cryptocurrencies, you first need a place to store and access your crypto assets. Just like how you would store your fiat, or government-issued money in a wallet or bank, cryptocurrencies are stored in a crypto wallet.

In this article, we’ll be walking you through how to get started with crypto using the Edge Crypto Wallet, which is also known as a hot wallet that can grant you access to store, buy, and sell cryptocurrencies easily.

What is the Edge Crypto Wallet?

The Edge Crypto Wallet is a mobile cryptocurrency wallet that supports over 130+ different crypto assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and many others.

As prefaced above, the Edge Crypto Wallet is categorised as a hot wallet, meaning that it’s a software-based wallet that connects online to the internet to access its functions. It’s a great option for those just getting started with cryptocurrency.

Fun fact: As opposed to a hot wallet, a crypto cold wallet stores your digital assets securely offline in some type of small, usb-sized hardware device. Examples of cold wallets include Trezor and Ledger.
