Stay Safe From Fake Crypto Sites and Apps
Stay Safe From Fake Crypto Sites and Apps

We’ve recently seen an increase in fraudulent websites and apps impersonating our brand. These impostors are designed to trick users into handing over personal information or crypto funds by mimicking the look and feel of our platform.

Your security is our top priority, so here’s what you need to know to stay safe.

How These Scams Work

Scammers create fake websites with domain names that look similar to ours — sometimes with a single letter changed or added. Others are promoting copycat apps using our name or branding.

Below are two screenshots of an impostor app that tries to install a malicious profile on your device.

Their goal is simple: to trick you into entering your login details, seed phrase, or making transactions that go directly into the scammer’s wallet.

How to Protect Yourself

  • Always check the URL: Our official website is easycrypto.com. Bookmark it and don’t trust links sent via social media or unknown sources.
  • Only download our app via these official Apple App Store and Google Play links only:
  • Never share your seed phrase or private keys — with anyone, ever.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and use a strong, unique password for your account.

If You Spot Something Suspicious

If you come across a website or app that looks like us but feels off, please report it immediately:

Screenshots, URLs, and other details are incredibly helpful for our team in shutting these scams down.
